Hey Everyone,
this 'Mid Week Must Have' is a winter fragrance essential in my opinion. Not only do I admire The Body Shop for its range and quality of products but also because they are so active in making sure their products are both cruelty free and use organic ingredients.
This new fragrance is perfect for the winter, and I am in Love.
White Musk is my favourite perfume from the brand and this new Smokey addition is just as good. Its quite a deep scent and is in no way light or fresh... Its heavy and warm, everything a winter fragrance should be. With ingredients like Bergamot, pink pepper, blackcurrant, tobacco flower, rose, and orange flower you can see why. The packaging is of course lovely and will look pretty on your dressing table, with its luxurious plum ombre glass bottle.

Layering Scents:
Layering can help to prolong a scent and keep you smelling like your fragrance all day. The best way to layer scents is through using multiple products of the same fragrance. This White Musk Smokey Rose also comes in a Bath and Shower Gel as well as a Body lotion. So to keep myself smelling amazing all day I first wash with the Bath and shower gel, before applying the body lotion... Lastly just before running out the door I spritz on the perfume and I'm smelling like "Smokey Rose" all day!
I usually wouldn't go for a fragranced body lotion or shower gel due to my sensitive skin but this doesn't effect it at all and leaves it feeling soft and smooth, so I can smell great and feel great!
