Hey Everyone,
Today's post is my Top 10 Budget Beauty Buys! If your on a budget and after some essentials this post is definitely for you, this isn't a whole kit its just some bits and pieces that are a definite must have in any girls beauty draw!
1. Elf Makeup Brushes:
I wouldn't recommend all the elf brushes but the smaller eye brushes like... Elf Crease Brush and Blending Brush are brilliant! They are just as good as similar brushes by high end companies. Elf's larger brushes in my opinion are not as soft and seem to shed but the small ones are soft, hold their shape, and are seriously affordable!
2. Boots Coconut Conditioner:
For those in need of a bit more moisture this winter this conditioner is amazing and the smell reminds me of warmer times! Its so cheap at just over a euro, and really conditions the hair helping to cut down on winter frizz! I pop some in my hair and leave it in for a while before washing out to gain the full benefits! They also make a mask which is also very good!
3. Catrice Cosmetics All Round Mascara:
I recently ran out of a high end mascara and being on a budget at the minute headed out on the look out for a cheap mascara, not expecting it to be anything special how wrong I was! It has a big brush which holds a lot of product, its very black, and doesn't flake or gather under the eyes half way through the day!
4. Boots Extra Firm Hold Hairspray:
My theory on hairspray is why spend a fortune when you can pick up a cheap one good enough to rival the more expensive brands! Boots do a great range of hairsprays, my favorite is the extra firm hold!
5. Johnson's Tear Free Baby Shampoo:
This is an essential for cleaning my brushes! Its a delicate shampoo so its not doing the brushes any damage, and seriously cheap as well as smelling really nice! I normally just pick up the mini because this one lasts so long I don't need to spend the extra money for the large!
6. Penney's/Primark Exfoliater Gloves:
These gloves are secret love of mine! they are amazing for getting a super clean skin feeling and with a bit of foamy shower gel there not at all harsh! at €1.50 there a bargain and a must have for me!
7. Barry M Nail Paint-Nail Polish:
Affordable, great range of colours and an amazing formula, They also do some super special glittery ones which are just sooooo pretty!
8. NYC Smooth Skin Mousse Foundation:
A recent find of mine, I never used to like mousse foundations but this has completely changed my mind on them. The mousse melts on my fingers into a cream as I apply, sinking into the skin, buffing away blemishes! A new found love and very affordable!
9. Collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer:
Most Bloggers already rave about this, and Its the only concealer I know that ACTUALLY works!! Mine is in 01 Light!
10. Sleek Eye Shaddow Palette:
These are a really cheap palette alternative for anyone who's on a budget. There's loads of palettes to choose from with great colour pay off/pigmentation. My personal favorite is 'Oh So Special' because its a great everyday Palette.
