Hey Everyone,
on Tuesday I was lucky enough to be invited to the Dove Difference Event in The Merrion Hotel. I would firstly like to thank Sarah and everyone at Thinkhouse for inviting me, it was an amazing event and a lovely evening!
The event was to showcase the newest and best products across hair, skin care, deodorants and cleansing that Dove has to offer. If you've been following me for a while you'll already know I'm a huge fan of the brand and use their deodorants and shower gels. As someone who has sensitive skin Dove is about the only thing that doesn't irritate my skin, so as you can imagine I was delighted to be invited.
When we first walked into the hotel we were greeted by friendly faces and each given a Dove passport this was our personal step by step to all the Dove products, a individual prescription if you like. The room was then set up in stations... Deodorant Skin, Hair, and Treatments tables. You could walk around, talk to the experts and find out what products would suit you! I thought this was such a great idea because we were all individuals rather than a group.
Another part of the event I thought was a lovely touch was there was also a chance to get your hair styled as well as nails (with Butter London polishes) and hand massage (with Doves new amazing hand cream). The girls that did my nails and our hand massages were so lovely, and it was nice to sit and have a chat!
I loved my nails, I think the colour was called Yummy Mummy (Butter London), which I would describe as a pink toned mocha.
Throughout the room their was poster boards of different ad campaigns throughout the years, I always admire Dove for their real women advertising!
When leaving we were treated to a goody bag (I'm not bragging I'm just thankful!) filled with our passport recommendations which I can't wait to try! Thank you once again to Sarah, Thinkhouse, and Dove for an amazing event. I will be reviewing some of the products of course but any requests please comment below!
What do you love about Dove? Any favourite products?
